These terms apply when you order products from Shahin Watch through this website, WhatsApp, phone or directly at our shop at Shop #2, Lipi Jewellers Lane (Opposite Boro Bazar PS), Hamid Ali Market, Chuadanga Sadar, Chuadanga-7200, Bangladesh.

1. Our Business

Shahin Watch is a retail watch shop selling wrist watches, ladies watches, smartwatches, wall clocks and related accessories. We are open Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Friday is our weekly closing day.

2. Orders and Pricing

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are set at the shop.
• Prices and stock availability may change. The price confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone at the time of ordering is the final price.
• Placing an order through this website creates a request, not a completed purchase. Our team confirms every order by phone or WhatsApp.

3. Payment

• We accept cash payment at our shop.
• For delivery orders, payment is collected on delivery or through a method agreed with you when confirming the order.
• We do not collect card details on this website.

4. Delivery

• Home delivery is available within Chuadanga district.
• Delivery outside Chuadanga is arranged by courier where possible; delivery cost is confirmed before dispatch.
• Delivery times depend on product availability and courier schedules.

5. Product Information

We sell original products and describe items honestly. Product photos on this website are taken from our own shop collection. Minor differences in shade or detail may exist between photos and the physical product.

6. Warranty and Service

Warranty periods differ by product and brand and are confirmed at the time of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not physical damage, water damage or battery wear. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for return conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from product use.
